Carrier Oil for MPI Systems

SUPERFLUX-CII is a blend of White mineral hydro-treated anti corrosive petroleum oil product, which is ready to use in Magnetic Particle Inspection System as a carrier for magnetic particles.

•  The viscosity of product is very ideal for forming effective dispersion of magnetic particles. It holds the particles in suspension     for better crack detection.
•  Its higher initial boiling point makes it economical. Since losses due to evaporation are minimum.

SUPERFLUX-CII is odorless, higher flash point and high IBP hence scores over kerosene. The physical and chemical properties are as below :
