speaking, tapping is a problematic operation in engineering industry.
The first important requirement in tapping is tap life.
Secong important criterion in tapping is the finish of threads.
Third criterion is the application of GO-NOGO.
We have taken all these points into consideration while making
a new chemical, which is in the paste form.
Because of the paste form, you can use the chemical for open as
well as blind holes.
Spill-over is also considerably reduced while tapping.
The paste gets converted into gaseous state thereby removing heat
to a greater extent & hence improved tap life.
The paste contains E. P. Additives which work from 200 'C to 800
'C thereby giving a good lubrication film in the defined temperature
