Wire Cut EDM Corrosion Rust Inhibitor

Neermal Plus is highly concentrated inhibitor, specially developed for Wire EDM Machines to prevent undesirable buildup / Saturation or forming of rust. Its is recommended for use in new as well as existing machine installations. Its is added to the de-ionized water equally between the dirty water and clean water tanks. A concentration of 0.5% to 1% guarantees optimal rust proofing. It is delivered ready for immediate use. There is no need for special cleaning preparation of the machine.

Special features of Neermal Plus 1. Non - Ionic, does not affect the de-ionizing resin. 2. Low concentration 0.5% to 1%. 3. No alteration of conductivity. 4.
