SUPERCOOL - SS can be used for any type of metal and their alloys, especially for cast iron machining, It is a mixture of Synthetic Corrosion Inhibitors with an excellent cooling effect of high stability at elevated at temperature, thereby making them stable at all machining conditions. |

green micro emulsion.
• Combination of superior cooling properties and lubricating properties give you increased tool life and better surface finish.
• Protects work piece, tool and machine components from rust and corrosion by virtue of its anti rust properties.
• Free from objectionable odour and bacterial degradation due to superior biocidesbeing added in the oil which also enhance the services life of
the oil. When in contact with the skin, it does not cause irritation. |

Application : |

In all general machining and finishing operation like Drilling, Millig, Turning, Boring, Sawing, Grinding etc.of both ferrous and nonferrous metals especially Alluminium. Used emulsion should never be discharged directly into Drains, Sewers etc. Emulsion should be broken or diluted with copious quantities of water before disposal. |
