Safety Points :
• Water base solutions are safe as compared to kerosene or any other carrier oil. Any carrier oil or kerosene does have a particular flash point. Hence there is a possibility of fire hazards due to sparking because of any loose contacts while testing. WATER BASE CHEMICAL ELIMINATES THIS PROBLEM.
• Disposal is very easy with WATER BASE chemical. (As per E.T.P. Norms)
• CORROSION INHIBITION: We have incorporated strong corrosion inhibitors to enable users to use this product for finished grind or machined components.
• SKIN IRRITATION: It is observed that skin irritation is associated with carrier oil or kerosene. In WATER BASE carrier oil you will not find skin irritation. |
