Supergold- WS incorporates a water treatment system which suspends the magnetic particles and enables the product to wet the surface being tested and also includes corrosion inhibitors to provide protection against corrosion of parts during and after testing.
Indications appear brilliant yellow-green when viewed under UVA (Black Light) of peak wavelength of 365nm.
Individual specifications may vary, but normal minimum viewing intensity is 1200 watts/sq.cm. at a distance of 15-18 inches from the component surface.

Concentration
Use 10gm of Supergold- WS and dissolve with 1 liter water. It provides a magnetic solution which meets the requirements ofthe appropriate specifications.
Supergold- WS may be used at different dilutions, but this will directly affect the level of magnetic particle and corrosion inhibition in the final mix.
Method of Use
The prepared bath of magnetic solution must be agitated before and during use to ensure that the magnetic particles are maintained in suspension. The prepared solution can be applied by spray or flooding and when residual magnetic field method is used by immerson.
When the continuous magnetisation method is used, The application of solution must be stopped before the magnetisaing current is switched off.
